If your Fanatical code doesn't work, first verify that you haven't yet redeemed it by checking your My Courses page and/or Orders page. Note that if you can no longer access the account, you can first review the articles below for further assistance.

Please note, Fanatical codes can only be used once for one account, so we are unable to provide multiple codes for situations where you actively use more than one account.
If the courses have yet to be redeemed, the next step should be to verify that you have selected the correct product by following Step 2 of our redemption instructions exactly. Important: Hitting the Access Now buttons instead of the Buy Now button will add the incorrect product to your cart, and this will result in the coupons now working.
In cases where you haven't yet redeemed the code but it doesn't work even after following the steps above, please contact us at your earliest convenience to investigate the matter.

- Proof of purchase that shows the product you bought on Fanatical
- Your Fanatical code
