In most cases, this is usually caused either by being logged into the incorrect account or by a simple caching error.
Before reading further, make sure to check your My Profile page in the Zenva app and verify that the email displayed matches the account that you subscribed with or purchased courses with on Zenva Academy. Assuming that you are logged into the correct account, it is likely that your issue is caused by a caching error. To fix the error, try one or both methods below:
Method 1
- Make sure that you're connected to the internet via your mobile device's wifi
- Make sure that you're logged in to the correct account
- Refresh the app by swiping down
Method 2
- Log out of the Zenva app
- Close the app completely
- Open the app again
- Log back into your account
- Refresh the app by swiping down
