Unfortunately, we do not have a formal system in place to process gift transactions.
However, if you already own a course that you wish to purchase for someone else as well, we are able to manually create a coupon code that can be used as a gift in those specific situations. Important: The following instructions should only be followed regarding individual course purchases. Subscriptions cannot be gifted at this time.
In these cases, you should purchase the course/curriculum you wish to gift again with your account. After this, you should contact us on Zendesk and let us know of your gift request. Following this, we will be able to create a coupon code that will allow your chosen recipient to redeem a course at no extra cost.
Should your gift recipient need any help redeeming their coupon code, please feel free to refer them to this article.
Note that without manually contacting us on Zendesk, a coupon code will not be automatically created, so this step must be done in order to conclude the gift transaction.
