Once we issue a refund through our system, any further processing goes through Stripe or PayPal (depending on your method of payment).
If you paid with Stripe, refunds can take 5-10 business days to process before you will see the money in your account. You can read their information on it here.
If you paid with PayPal, refunds can take 3-5 business days when paid via bank account, up to 30 days when paid via credit/debit card, or up to 24 hours if paid with a PayPal Cash/Cash Plus balance. You can read their information on it here.
Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything to affect the speed at which these third parties process the refund. If you haven't received your money after the specified number of days has passed, we suggest first contacting Stripe, Paypal, and/or your bank for further information.
