If your Humble Bundle code doesn't work, first verify that you haven't yet redeemed it by checking your My Courses page and/or Orders page. If you can no longer access the account you used to redeem it because of an email change, you can check this article for instructions on regaining access to it: I've lost access to the email address linked to my account. Please note, Humble Bundle codes can only be used once for one account, so we are unable to provide multiple codes for situations where you actively use more than one account.
In cases where you haven't yet redeemed the code but it doesn't work, you will need to contact us and ask us to investigate the matter. To keep our system efficient and fast, we occasionally have to purge old coupon codes. Unfortunately, this sometimes includes those for Humble Bundles, so your code may have been subjected to the purge.
When contacting us, please be sure to include:
- Proof of purchase that shows the product and tier that you bought on Humble Bundle
- Your humble bundle code
