Being secure and protecting our learning community is the topmost priority for us. If you try to login too many times with an incorrect password, then our system will block your IP address for 1 hour. During this time, you will not be able to login to the Zenva Academy site from that IP address. After the 1 hour block, the IP address is released so you will be able to login again.
If you are unsure of your password, rather than trying multiple (potentially incorrect) passwords, it is best to use the Forgot Password link, which will send a link to the email address we have on file with instructions on resetting your password. If you are currently blocked from logging in, then only way to attempt logging in again is to switch to a different IP address.
We ask that you be responsible with your password by memorizing it or keeping it in a secure location -- for everyone's sake!
