Purchases made on the Zenva Academy website
If the course was purchased through our Zenva Academy website, then please make sure that the purchase had actually completed by verifying the charge on your Paypal/Stripe account (whichever method you had used to pay for the course).
If the transaction did not complete, then you will not see the transaction in the activity page on the site of your payment provider. Additionally, it may show up as a cancelled transaction, in which case you would still not be able to access the course, since the transaction did not actually complete.
Please also ensure that you are logged into the same account that you had used when making the purchase. For example, if you had used your Facebook account to login to the Zenva site, and now you are using your Google account to login the Zenva site, if the email addresses used in each account differs, each of those accounts would have a different profile on our Zenva Academy site.
If you've tried all of the above and find that you still cannot access your purchased course(s), please reach out to us through our contact page. In this request, please provide us with the corresponding Paypal/Stripe transaction number, and optionally, the Zenva Academy order number that was sent to your email account.
Purchases made through sites other than the Zenva Academy website

Accessing the course after completion of the purchase
Once you've completed the successful purchase of the course, you can follow these steps to access it
- Navigate to My Courses on the Zenva Academy website
- Once you're in the My Courses section, click on the course you'd like to access (you can also click on the Access button)
- You'll be brought to the course curriculum. Click on the first lesson to begin learning!
