Great question, we sell some of our courses through other third party eLearning websites. Those sites host the courses and the content themselves, providing their own method of eLearning delivery and payment infrastructure.
If this is the case -- that you've purchased a Zenva course on a website other than our Zenva sites -- and you are experiencing any type of issue (such as, but not limited to login and password issues, payment difficulties, technical problems, etc.), then you'll need to contact that site directly. We do not have access, nor are authorized, to provide technical support for websites and course content other than of our Zenva sites.
