One or more of the videos are not playing, what should I do?

    What if it just takes me to a picture? What can I do then?

    I find the support to lack severely. I had to wait for a whole day for reply (the Facebook 'chat' said, reply will be within an hour or two). Enough commercial stuff put out by Zenva (both Twitter and Facebook), but no reply. You can Submit a request, but you have to 'search' for it. Improvement is really required. I paid quite a bit for the different training.
