When registering for Zenva, all users have the option to use Google or Facebook sign-in to create an account. As these are third-party services, Zenva does not directly store your password or have access to that information - you merely authorize a connection between our services.
Thus, without manually setting a password, you will need to use those login options exclusively in order to access your Zenva account. Further, should you forget the password for your Google or Facebook account, you will need to contact those services for further information on retrieving your password.
However, at any time, you can disconnect your social media service and manually set a password for your account. This will allow you to access your Zenva account whether you close a particular social media profile, want to use Zenva-connected Codemurai login, or similar.
To set a manual password, you can follow the standard password reset flow outlined in the following article: I forgot my Zenva Academy password. How can I reset it?
